Pros:

Uptime has been 100%. If you can get to their highest level of tech support, it is great (lower levels, not so much)

Cons:

Support -- It seemed like I knew more about their product than they did. Support people always have an attitude like you're bothering them.

Other Thoughts:

Their service is reliable. Their support stinks. And anything that needs to be updated (even relatively minor stuff), takes 30 days advance notice.
