Telnes T1 Line Review - Review on Telnes's T1 Line service

Pros:

Nickler12, Telnes doesn't do PHONES! I have several long time clients on Telnes. They all are in their 2nd or 3rd renewal with Telnes. Quick and accurate to quote. Service is exemplary. Very dedicated. My first choice for MPLS & mang'd networks

Cons:

Due to limited backbones that they deploy over, and those backbones may not be the closest to all clients locations, they are not always the least expensive. However, in my mind, prices is always "Second Chair" to quality service.

Other Thoughts:

I can do business with over 35 carriers. When my clients require MPLS or other complicated networks I try Telnes first. They dedicate an engineering team to each customer and provide free online monitoring services to their clients. 6 second network monitoring assures consistent and stable services. I would not hesitate referring them to anyone whose internet portion of their business model is critical to their success.
