Telnes T1 Line Review - Review on Telnes's T1 Line service

Cons:

Telnes has been a nightmare. We started service in November, it is now January and our phones are still barely functioning. They first tried to blame our IT consultant for not setting up the network properly and tried to charge us an hourly fee for customer support.

Other Thoughts:

After weeks of them doing nothing to improve our service, they finally admitted it was a system-wide problems. Among the problems we experience on a daily basis - extremely choppy calls, dropped calls, inability to make outgoing calls or for people to get through to us, misrouted calls, static, malfunctioning of touch-tone system and occasionally random noises on the line.
