Nickler12, Telnes doesn't do PHONES! I have several long time clients on Telnes. They all are in their 2nd or 3rd renewal with Telnes. Quick and accurate to quote. Service is exemplary. Very dedicated. My first choice for MPLS & mang'd networks
Cons:
Due to limited backbones that they deploy over, and those backbones may not be the closest to all clients locations, they are not always the least expensive. However, in my mind, prices is always "Second Chair" to quality service.
Other Thoughts:
I can do business with over 35 carriers. When my clients require MPLS or other complicated networks I try Telnes first. They dedicate an engineering team to each customer and provide free online monitoring services to their clients. 6 second network monitoring assures consistent and stable services. I would not hesitate referring them to anyone whose internet portion of their business model is critical to their success.

Work with many carriers on a daily basis (over 30 across my customer base) and Telnes is far and away the best, most reliable data provider. Good pricing, quick, easy installs, responsive customer service. Telnes = happy customers.
Cons:
None that I've seen. My customers have all been very pleased. The few small issues were fixed quickly and professionally. In my eyes the mark of a good carrier is how they did with client adversity and all my clients are very happy with Telnes.

Cons:
Telnes has been a nightmare. We started service in November, it is now January and our phones are still barely functioning. They first tried to blame our IT consultant for not setting up the network properly and tried to charge us an hourly fee for customer support.
Other Thoughts:
After weeks of them doing nothing to improve our service, they finally admitted it was a system-wide problems. Among the problems we experience on a daily basis - extremely choppy calls, dropped calls, inability to make outgoing calls or for people to get through to us, misrouted calls, static, malfunctioning of touch-tone system and occasionally random noises on the line.
