Pros:

Price is just OK, but provide good deal!

Cons:

Try to conifrm our application status many times in 1 month but didn't get any response.

Other Thoughts:

Our company needs to install our another T1 lane for our business. I submited a signed agreement to them 1 month before. I try to ask their sales rep. about our application status but didn't get any reponse yet. Sux~!

Pros:

Cons:

This company sold us a 2 T1's that are served out of a C.O with only 3 T1's of access. The result is very high jitter and delay.
The customer support is worse than useless as they have done nothing but waste dozens of hours.

Other Thoughts:

I have been in telecomm for over 15 years and I have never seen such poor support in my life. I have a a story that is to long to tell here but I would like to warn everyone reading this not to be lured in by thier low cost service. Believe me you get what you pay for. For any Telecomm reps working for other compaines that come up against Megapath during thier sales calls I would be happy to speak with your cleints to warn them away.
